Now the Tea Party Terrorist Movement Wants Oliver Back

February 15, 2011

The boy is just too old to work. Welcome to the new GOP

The political wing of the Tea Party Terrorists, who hope to return the United States back to the 19th Century, have decided that child labor laws get in the way of their billionaire Koch brother sponsors.

The political wing of the Tea Party Terrorists really do believe children should be free to work in mines and factories; after all, they could stitch soccer balls for the next World Cup.

The political wing of the Tea Party Terrorists have proposed a bill to repeal the following parts of employment law protections:-

    Sections 294.021, 294.022, 294.024, 294.027, 294.030, 294.040, 294.045, 294.051, 294.054, 294.060, 294.070, 294.080, 294.090, and 294.100…

So what are they? After all, they must be cumbersome upon the Koch brothers.

An abolition of the minimum age of employment.

[294.021. No child under fourteen years of age shall be employed or permitted to work at any occupation at any time; except as provided in this chapter.]

School is for communist socialist parents. Children can learn more at work and at home.

[294.024. A child may not be employed during the regular school term unless the child has been issued a work certificate or a work permit pursuant to the provisions of this chapter.]

If you have not quite reached top supporter level at the RNC, well children will be able to work at motels. Useful for the next convention.

Seriously, any one left of, I really do not know, could have screamed, “What on Earth where you doing electing people like this?” People whose political views are a combination of the warmongering elements of the Neo-Cons and the intellectual elements of libertarianism without the intellectual knowledge?

I really am torn between at screaming you stupid idiots (especially those who earn less than $1 million a year) and applauding just how radical and extreme politicians can be if they just do not give a shit. No really I almost love the Republicants for this.

Let’s see Republicant career progression from the point of sperm and egg:

Fetus – you are now at the most important part of your life. Kill anyone who says otherwise.

Born – you can nappy test

Childhood – you can work in hotels for Republicans

Adolescence – you can work in a factory

    Teenager – you are scum.

Late Teens – if you have $$$$$ you can go college. If not, you are just a teen.

20s – why did you not go to college? – you are scum

30’s unless you are rich, you pay or die.

Long live the new GOP dream.

To the modern-day Republicant (the vowels may be interchangeable) you are only important in the womb. Once outside the womb you can be employed testing nappies, testing potties, fixing small parts in large machines and who knows where you will progress from there, if you live.

Republicants may even appear in videos with you. You might not be paid for them and the definition of rape is well, subject to definition. So you know, it is all ok, unless another “new life” is created.

    No no no no, no.

Seriously stupid people voted for this.

This is the supposedly moderate element of the Tea Party Political Terrorist political wing.

No America, WTF is going on? This is why Republicans destroyed public schools and imposed the Texan curriculum. They wanted home schooling to look better by comparison.

It is hard to say that you are better than that. It is hard to say that you are better than a third world country. You just voted in a party that will hike up taxes on the poor to pay for tax cuts for the very richest.

This is not Conservatism. This is not even Libertarianism. This is a perversion of what is reasonably considered the right of center as fostered by the likes of Rush Limbaugh et al.

Mommy, when I turn ten, can I work at Burger King just like Timmy?

nah it’ll be like the 19th century. They’ll hire them at the factory cause only “the little ‘uns” are small enough to squeeze into the machines to remove blockages.

As I have just added, they now want to abolish the human right of workers to organise. What’s next? Slavery.

After all it would be so much more efficient for business to have slaves instead of employees.

Slavery is already a large part of the America work force today…

Too true. Americans, as a whole, just don’t realize it.

You’ve got that right. Our school systems are nothing more than diploma mills churning out new generations of labor forces. Essentially we’ve all become subjects of Adam Smith.

Just WHO has proposed legislation to abolish Minimum Wage and Child Labor Laws? I’m guessing you are looking at fringe bloggers for this so you have the excuse to paint all Republicans with this. Some state politicians have mulled this on the state level. If anything, there have been one or two in the Congressional Black Caucus calling for lowered minimum wage, anything to get their constituents some jobs. That being the case, they generally oppose raising minimum wage. It hurts small business, the main source of jobs thus eliminating jobs.

Reagan tried the amnesty approach. It seemed like a good idea at the time. It didn’t stop the flow. Republicans learned from this. Democrats didn’t.

Nothing is stopping offshore jobs, what has been done is giving some tax breaks for companies that do so. The idea is it helps companies to be competitive in a global market. The jobs lost by outsourcing a customer support call center is offset by the local jobs created by company expansion. These tax breaks are controversial.

Your conclusion of Republicans hate workers is flawed. Republicans focus on creating an environment that allows business to flourish and expand which create jobs.

Wisconsin Republicans are effectively removing the right to be in a union – claiming budget problems, when in fact there were no such problems until the spend and borrow GOP got control.

At a federal level Paul Ryan proposes giant tax hikes for those unfortunate enough to earn less than $250k a year to not even cover the cost of much bigger cuts for the very richest.

      I think I see a pattern.
